For this, about one point every 25 m of your track (at most 500) is sent to the weather service Open-Meteo, which returns the terrain height. This is the only time the track leaves your device, and only when you press this button.
The GPX file contains your finds and starting point. Do not share it publicly if you keep your spots secret.
Track and finds stay on this device and are not sent to our server. The only exception is the terrain-height button. Deleting the browser data removes everything.
